Loved the towel animals in my room!

The place was amazing and fairly clean. The room was well-maintained with a bathtub and the staff excellent. Unbeatable and nice location close to everything made it easy to get to key attractions. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay, had a very nice experience.

great stay but minor noise issue

The room was spacious and comfortable, providing plenty of space to relax. The daily staff text check-ins were a thoughtful touch, ensuring I had everything I needed and felt welcomed.

There were occasional noise disturbances from outside that slightly detracted from the otherwise peaceful atmosphere.

It is a modern hotel and I thoroughly enjoyed its well-maintained rooms and affable personnel. Overall great food, plus there is Buffalo Wild Wings close by😀🙂

Modern, modern, modern

I was blown away by the modern decor and spacious layout of my Executive King Room! The towel animals was great, while the indoor pool and hot tub were perfect. Plus, the breakfast buffet had delicious options that exceeded my expectations!

I had a fantastic stay here! The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and I loved that the staff texted daily to check in. The room was very clean and modern as well. I would return!

The Executive King Room was pristine, and the staff's daily text check-ins showcased their dedication to service. Breakfast included fresh salads. The shower had excellent water pressure , made for a refreshing wash. Parking was limited during peak hours, and there was some noise from the nearby mall. This stay has definitely made me consider returning.

The indoor pool was perfect for a late-night swim, and I loved relaxing hot tub time.

The friendly staff made everything easier, especially with our large family. Plus, there were no parking fees, a nice touch!

In my wife's opinion, the breakfast area could use more space for families. It was a bit cramped during busy hours.

It was just a fitting option for a quick trip in Niles with best value for money ratio. The dryer in the laundry room needed an extra quarter to get my clothes fully dry, but it was convenient to have that amenity. Make sure to bring extra coins for the laundry machines.

More breakfast options would enhance the experience.

The hotel's location was fantastic, surrounded by plenty of shopping and dining options. Daily text messages from the staff ensured a personalized experience, showing their commitment to guest satisfaction. I would have liked a bit more variety in breakfast options to enhance my mornings.
